● Costumer Retention Rate: Retention Rate= Number Of User Retained ⨉ 100 Total Number Of User Initially

● Churn Rate: It shows the percentage of customers, users, or employees who stop using a product, service, or company during a specific period.

● Calculate Churn Rate: Churn Rate=100-Retention Rate ● Alert: It represent the danger sign ,represent the negative behaviour of the users.
